1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Match Fit website and platform operated by Match Fit Community Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By signing up or using our platform you agree to these terms.
2. Location Interest
If we don't yet have a Match Fit club in your area, you can register your interest and we'll contact you when we launch nearby. Registering interest does not guarantee membership or access to our platform; we reserve the right to change launch timelines at any time.
3. Membership & Access
When Match Fit launches, membership is subject to a separate membership agreement and any applicable fees. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate membership at our discretion, including for breach of our community standards.
4. Subscription & Cancellation
Match Fit subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@matchfit.club.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. At that point, your access to all Match Fit services, features, and community will end. No refund is provided for any unused portion of the current subscription period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not charge cancellation fees. You will not be billed for any further periods after cancellation takes effect.
5. Community Standards
Match Fit is a community built on respect and inclusion. Members must not:
- Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other members
- Engage in violent, threatening, or dangerous behaviour
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Share another member's personal information without their consent
6. Physical Activity & Health
Participation in football sessions and physical activities is at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring you are fit and healthy enough to participate. We strongly recommend consulting a medical professional before beginning any new exercise programme. Match Fit accepts no liability for injury or illness sustained during sessions.
7. Photography, Recording & Social Media
Match Fit sessions may be photographed or filmed by our team for use in marketing, promotional materials, and on our social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube). By signing up and participating in any Match Fit session, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to Match Fit Community Ltd using such images and footage for these purposes without further notice or compensation.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded at a session, you must notify a Match Fit team member before the session begins. We will make reasonable efforts to exclude you from any content captured. Please note that in a live group session setting it may not always be possible to guarantee complete exclusion from incidental footage.
You retain no rights to approve or review content before it is published. If you believe an image or video of you has been used inappropriately, please contact us at hello@matchfit.club and we will review your request promptly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Match Fit platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Match Fit Community Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Match Fit Community Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or participation in our activities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to any claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
